Mac / Macbook für GG Poker / Windows / App-Emulator useful?

Hi guys,
I'm currently playing on my M1 Macbook 8GB on GG Poker and more than 2 tables are very laggy - so I am thinking about upgrading to a 16GB or 32GB Macbook to be able to play on some options:
- Mac Native with GG Poker
- Windows Bootcamp with GG Poker
- Windows Bootcamp with Emulator for Apps
do you guys have any experience what specs are needed so that these cases work?
