My laptop starts lagging cca 2h into session if I play 12+ tables. The specifications of my computer are: 2.3-GHz Intel Core i5-6200U processor, a 256GB SSD and 8GB of RAM.

Do you think buying more RAM would help with this and/or is this possibly a problem with the poker site that I play on(WPN)? Bellow is the link to the computer I own if you want to know more about it:

Assuming you're running Windows, open up Task Manager while playing.
See what % utilization your processor and RAM are hitting (on Win10 you can see disk and GPU utilization as well). That should give you a rough idea of where your bottleneck is.

If it slows down after an hour of playing the same amount of tables I'd suspect a memory leak in something you're running at the time. Especially if it goes away after you do a reboot. PITA with a bunch of tables though...

If over the session you build up to a certain amount of tables and at that point it starts lagging then you're more likely looking at a hardware problem.

You should also looking at optimizing your HUD. When your tables lag, turn it off and see if that solves the problem. Other potential cause of memory leak could be your web browser, especially if you have multiple tabs or twitter on.

Just cause I feel like doing some explaining... A memory leak is essentially when a program puts something in memory and then doesn't release it back to the Operating System when it's done with that chunk of memory. So you end up with all of the computers memory being taken up by stuff no one can use, which then slows everything else down as the computer has to start using really slow disc memory instead of faster system memory.

I see thanks for the explanation, are there any possible solutions for this?

Unfortunately it is the developers responsibility to stop memory leaks from happening.
