that's a generic chinese keyboard, I got one for 15 eur shipped a couple of years ago, minus so much rbg, that's why he prob likes it tho. can't really beat these for value but they're not actually nice.
I suggest you drop a bit more and get him an actually good board

go for yellow switch
ships from spain
doubt he needs the numberpad and the extra space on the right means he doesn't hit the side of the keyboard with his mouse anymore. also better for the shoulders, don't have to spread your arms so wide
even more pretty lights
I also suggest you get him a wrist rest for wrist rsi, can find silicone rests for 10 eur
I have a short review on it

Hot swap means you can remove swtiches w/o having to de-solder.
Few advantages here: 1. replace a malfunctioning switch, 2.try out different switches. this will accept both 3 and 5 pin switches, literally anything cherry mx "inspired". 3. easy access to open and lube them up, film them, change the springs etc. 4.easy access to stabilizers, for proper lubing, band aiding or repairing/replacing. this board takes plate mounted stabs.
Esthetics might not be for you with the crazy light show and keycaps are of standard mediocre quality, thin ABS, at least they're doubleshot so the lettering doesn't wear off and the font is alright, none of that gamery nonsense.
Here's what it looks/sounds like after mods. Btw mods are cheap and straight forward to do but they are time consuming. Lube needs to be re-applied once every 2 years or so.
