So I am looking to buy a new desktop, but don't need anything too fancy (I don't think?)... it'll mainly be used for online poker and basic surfing/YT watching

I'll want to be able to run PT4/DriveHUD, Jurojin, and the poker room (Ignition, N8, CoinPoker...) while 2-4 tabling... possibly running some Solver software when not playing? I'd be coming from an Intel UHD 4600 GPU, so just about anything after market would be better right? I'm not familiar at all really with GPUs.... Any insight if one of these would do the trick? not really looking to spend much more than $500 (I don't do any sort of gaming at all, other than the online poker stuff)

They both use CPUs that were produced 10 years ago - I expect that for USD500, you should be able to get something much newer and better.

Ebay item #126476161247

They appear visible to me on ebay.com, not on ebay.co.uk.

here's a search of ebay.com of that number: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw...sid=m570.l1313

Seems legit to me?

I've been told something like the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 is just fine for playing online poker, so would I really need an aftermarket GPU (if I don't run anything like Monker or PIOSolver and use GTO Wizard)... like I said I'll want to be able to run PT4/DriveHUD, Jurojin, and the poker room (Ignition, N8, CoinPoker...) while 2-4 tabling... outside of basic surfing and video watching that's would be it.

would something like work well enough?:

Intel 8 Core i7-9700
32GB DDR4
Intel UHD Graphics 630

Go on your local Craigslist; I'll bet someone is selling a kickass laptop or desktop for 150-250$. I've gotten my last 3 lenovos from there; each has lasted me 7-8 years. Deposit difference online.

WSPreadHead - the number I think is important is the 9 or 10 immediately after the dash here:
Intel 8 Core i7-9700
CPU: Intel i7-9700k with Coolermaster Hyper 212
CPU: Intel i5-10600KF with ARGB Cooler
----------

These are far better processors than the '6' that you shared initially.

The 6 is a CPU from 2015. The 9 is from 2018, and the 10 is from 2020. These are likely to be far superior for your needs.
