Ideally id like to use the ignition desktop client to be able to download hand histories but it immediately closes when i try to run it (see link below for example)

Ive uninstalled/reinstalled. Manually added firewall exceptions, tried running as administrator, tried installing as administrator. NOTHING works. I do not have another device to test it on.
Ive cleared the ignition files from my %appdata% folder as well.
Ignitions support has been non existent with any help regarding this so trying to see if anyone here has any idea what i can do to fix this. Im completely stumped and have no idea.
