It would have been wise to ask - or search this forum -
prior to the purchase, because for a 2D application like poker, you don't need a 3D accelerator
at all, and graphics RAM is a non issue as well. In other words,
any halfway modern card's (or onboard graphics') 2D capabilities will suffice. All you need is an appropriate output to support your monitor's max resolution and frame rate.
edit: I just realized you
did ask before, you just gave too little info and should have waited for follow up questions (like what are your current GPU specs, and what output/cable type do you use), and resulting advice.
On the plus side though, the card you bought will handle poker with ease while remaining almost silent and drawing close to no power. However, it requires
both a 6pin and an 8pin power connector nonetheless - if your PSU lacks those I'd strongly consider returning the card and get a less overkill one instead of burning even more money for a baller PSU.
