Going from sharing a computer to separate machines

All of this is about Windows 10 computers.
My wife and I have been sharing a desktop for three years. I am a full-time poker player, but as she gets up a few hours before I go to bed, there have been no computer access issues.
My wife wanted a laptop so we decided to have that be her computer and the desktop (and the monitor) will be all mine.
The problem is that as I was setting up her laptop I realized that I had used only my information (E-mail, passwords etc.) I have not yet sent anything to her laptop nor have I downloaded anything onto it.
What is the best way to remove that setup information and start from scratch, so that she that she can use her own passwords and other information?

If it's a new computer and all you've done is enter your user information you could probably just create a new user for her. Or look up how to reset the laptop like you were going to sell it and then let her do all the first start-up stuff.

Yeah, if you've done nothing else just reset it.
