Fix Service Host Local System High Disk Usage

Hello all!

I recently updated windows after which I started experiencing this issue. I don't know what is possibly wrong but the high disk usage thing is killing me. I just need a permanent fix for this please. Please help me out. I even ran a check on security but no luck.

svchost.exe? You mean it's using lots of RAM or CPU? (Hard disk wouldn't make sense.)

You updated to win10? Disable some of the bullcrap services (look for "services.msc"), that should trim down the resources used by svchost.

Have you tried Troubleshoot Windows Update? If not, then try it, it might resolve the issue.
