Has anyone ever had the issue that an Amazon Firestick bluetooth stopped working? We have had a Firestick since Feb and had no issues. Last week when we logged it, it said Network not found and took us to the Network Settings screen. However the remote would not respond leaving me stuck at that screen.

My internet is fine. I am get WiFi on my phone, laptop and iPad without issue.

I also had bought another Firestick on Black Monday that I had yet to open. I attempted to set it up. It found my network and prompted me for my password. I entered my password and clicked enter and it prompted me for my password a second time. This time however the remote would not respond.

I contacted Amazon and they were unable to pair the remotes on either my old Firestick or my new one. Their solution was to send me 2 new remotes (for free). The remotes arrived today and again I was unable to pair the remotes with either Firestick. I was on the phone with Amazon twice for over an hour each time and they could not resolve the situation. We rebooted both Firesticks and remotes several times and even tried some hidden Amazon button sequences to pair the remotes.

I also downloaded a Firestick Remote app on my iPhone. When I enter the app, it searchs for Firesticks to connect too, and it was unable to see it although I was standing right next to it.

So both Firesticks cannot see my internet (although they can see my Network) and neither seem to be broadcasting bluetooth.

Amazons solution is to now send me 2 brand new Firesticks but I am skeptical that will even work. I am wondering if something in my house is interfering with bluetooth. I tried 2 Firesticks on 2 different TVs in my house and spent over 2 hours combined on the phone with Amazon.

Any ideas?

Update. I just took the Firestick to my mom's house and the remote paired within 10 seconds. There has to be something at my house blocking bluetooth on the Firestick.
