In Excel insert comment how to not display Authors name instead blank? In Excel insert comment how to not display Authors name instead blank?

When I go to insert a comment it opens with the Authors name and its in bold, is there a way so it doesn't display the authors name but instead its just blank and not in bold?

Atm when I go to insert a comment I need to delete the authors name and then press the bold button so when I type in the new comment its not in bold, can it instead be set to be just blank and when you go to type the new comment it isn't in bold, both of these by default?

I read this online but It didn't explain where and how to do it?

I don't think there is a way to this.

A possible workaround is to change the default username to something other than your name e.g. Note
( Tools / Options / General / User name )

Comments then get inserted in the format

Is this where you saying username, see below?

I just left it blank and it displays it as below

But still as i enter about 200 comments a day and require to backspace each time and then type etc, it would be handy if there is a default way to have it totally blank but if no then that's ok as at least this is better then displaying authors name, but thought i ask as read online they said they did have the formula or whatever to do it but i didn't understand how they explained it in that article which i added in op.
