DROP DOWN MENU ON MOUSE KEEPS POPPING UP

Whenever I click my left mouse button about 30% of the time the context menu pops up which is suppose to appear when you right click. EG. Copy/paste menu or save page as menu etc. I can't find any solution online and doesn't seem to have anything to do with control panel.

Do I've an infected mouse, window setting issue or malware?

Nvm, think I found the solution... I just started clicking all the buttons like mad that seemed to do the trick!

More than likely, that was a physical problem. Some "crud" or what ever causing the right button switch to be accidentally engaged.

Agree with MadTiger.

You can clean them. There are usually screws beneath the little silicone feet that you can unscrew to get to the clickers.

I've also had this problem with a bad connection between the mouse and plug. You can cut a bit of the cable and re-solder the connections if you're especially fond of the mouse. This also happens when the clickers start to go bad. You can replace them.

Or, like, buy another mouse :/

The microswitch in your right button has probably gone. Replace the mouse if cleaning it doesn't help. If you really want to exhaust every possible option before buying a new mouse then reinstall the drivers too. But it's probably the microswitch or, if you're lucky, a bit of gunk.

Buy a new mouse. This is almost certainly a hardware problem with the mouse. If you really are too poor/cheap to buy a new mouse, you could dry taking it apart and cleaning it.

Seriously, if a mouse or keyboard starts acting weird, 99.9% of the time the solution is to buy a new one. They're cheap and generally not too easy to repair, though a mouse can sometimes benefit from a good cleaning. Dirt, crud or pet hair can gum up the works.
