I've enjoyed playing fantasy golf contests on DraftKings for several years. I'm not a high stakes player usually just 25 cent contests.

The past several weeks I've run into a problem. Each time I enter a team I get a message that reads "entry exceeds fee limit". I've contacted them and they say I've got software running on my computer that is circumventing geographical location checks. They have states (Arizona, Louisiana, Hawaii, and a couple of others)that are restricted from playing. I live in Oklahoma and as I said I've been a customer for several years.

They want me to disable this software. This proved to be difficult for me to achieve. They told me to hit Ctrl-Alt-delete and bring up my task manager where I can stop any applications from running. I did this but found it impossible to discern which app was causing the problem. They couldn't help me with this dilemma.

Any suggestions?

I have recently started using a different antivirus so that could be the culprit.

I went to the Yandex website and made a few adjustments to my settings and whatever I did worked. So thank you.
