I need help. I'm not the most tech savvy. I was using download video helper to download videos off of a poker training site that I do subscribe to and pay for. I wanted to download the videos to my ipad so that I can watch them on flights and not have to pay for wi-fi. Anyhow, they're not downloading properly. First of all, it leaves a damn QR code. That's not so bad, but the videos are all messed up. The audio is fine, but not the video itself. Any better programs for this? Even if I have to pay for them, is ok.

If so, I think that may only be used on Windows based machines, and not Apple. I am not familiar with iPad usage, but this site may give you some alternate programs to try out:

Yes, that's the program I was using. Actually, I was using it on my laptop, which is PC (Lenovo). I was downloading a few of the videos and was going to choose a few and transfer them to the ipad in mp4 format. But they don't come out right. Some do, but most do not.
It would likely be best to just contact them directly and ask them.
Ultimately, if they have various protections to prevent this, then we're not going to help you circumvent those restrictions.
They can be downloads, they just don’t play right. Like, the video goes fast then freezes, etc. The audio is normal, but the video playback is whacky. That’s why I was hoping there is a better program to download them.
