Whenever I restart my computer, its like it takes the internet a while to "warmup". My browser (Chrome) gets stuck on Downloading proxy script for alot of websites and times out. Some websites load instantly (Gmail for example) but some wontload at all.

After like 10 minutes, it goes away and internet works fine

Any idea what causes this / fix?

Check your extensions. I would disable any that you don't know. Otherwise, disable them all and see if this fixes it. Then if it does then turn them all on one-at-a-time until you isolate the offending extension.

Also run inetcpl.cpl ; click Connections then LAN Settings, uncheck "Automatically detect settings"
