Dedicated poker laptop/PC banning distractions

Hi,
need to up my focus, buying a separate laptop for poker. What's a good way to have there only my poker stuff. Software I can manage.
But I want to block all the web distractions and be able to use my online training sites. Can I somehow easily block all internet with exception to some sites?
Any other good advice for a poker only pc appreciated.
