Curved monitor for poker grinding

Hey guys,
I am considering upgrading my grinding station.
Has anyone used a curved monitor for poker grinding and what are your thoughts on using one?

Definitely go and take a look at one but its mostly a gimmick, you would probably be better off with a bigger screen and more pixels.

Looked at some screens. Was considering buying ordinary 16:9 2560x1440 but the curved ultra wide actually has more pixels with 3440x1440 so went for that one. Supposedly nice for gamin too if my GPU can handle it. Will let you know how I like it once I receive it.

Sounds good. The ones I saw where too wide, like looking at 4 sheets of paper side by side, which wasn't doing much for me. I like looking up and down not side to side I guess.

I've got two 34" that kind of wrap around me, and they look really sweet but certainly aren't necessary.
