Extreme Silent at 20dBA:average noice not extreme silent
GeForce GT 220:total sh*t, if you are not player then is better for you graphic card on motherboard
750GB SATA-II:I have 1.5 TB now and I am going to buy another HD
there is no big difference between 750GB and 1.5 TB in price

See above. But under the assumption the primary use is multitabling, this system is more than adequate. Liquid cooling is unnecessary unless you want to overclock quite a bit.

The PSU is not from a good brand. OP would have to choose a different mobo if he wants to use internal graphics. I actually think the GT220 is appropriate for poker players that don't play video games.

Just using the system to multitable and run a HUD... not for any gaming purposes. The liquid cooling is a free addition, and the price of the computer comes out to be ~800 with free shipping so it seems like a better deal than buying a dell/hp model at inflated pricing.
