Why pokertracker didn't give you support?
At several of my jobs I've had to do tech support for users. I was more likely to work on problems where I had some chance of success.
But if someone said I have a computer, I did something, I got an error message over and over again (or maybe different messages, that's not clear either), I tried lots of stuff, they haven't given me one bit of useful information I could use to help them. So I normally just ignored them.
