Lag is not a problem but crashing ofc is.
So, every 45-90 minutes Bet365 crash. Minutes depends on number of tables I play, how often do I open or close tables etc..
Parallel I play 888poker and use 888caption.
I've had this problem on both windows 7 and after formatting on windows 10.
The more tables I have opened the lag is bigger BUT, when I go on STOP HUD (or play with HEM closed), lag is 90% less so definitely HEM has something to do with it. I've talked with them and we tried several things which didn't help and when I mentioned that I have imported hands, they didn't give support then.
Laptop has i7-4700HQ, 16gb, SSD so that's not an issue.

Today I've tried on another laptop with only HERO hands and everything was fine but it's hard for me to believe that this was the problem in the first place. 95% of imported hands are from other poker room (which is not ipoker).

I will try several things:

1. Remove and fresh install flash player (on new laptop, when starting bet365 it asked me to download flash player.. I don't know why, I'm sure owner use websites that need flash player)

2. Try to find program that might be causing HEM to work slow. Both laptop use nvidia graphic card and same antivirus. My laptop has razer synapse which other doesn't. ALso, today I've played without 888caption on this second laptop.

3. Make new DB in HEM with only hero hands.

What do you think about this problem?

Nothing of these options worked. I don't know what else to do..

Is it possible that difference in SSD makes this crash? Or something to do with CPU throttling?

What happened when you asked for help in the HEM thread in the Commercial Software forum? That's probably your best bet.
