So my laptop went on christmas eve and im looking to buy a new macbook mainly for the purpose of poker. I want it to be able to handle 15 tabling MTTs with a tracking software. What sort of spec should I be looking for, im thinking the 13.3 inch macbook or macbook pro but cant decide on spec.
If you are honest with "mainly for the purpose of poker", a mac is a terrible choice.
You will be installing bootcamp + Windows, and you'll end up with a flash looking laptop with terribad power management, missing drivers and not enough mouse buttons. Of course if it's "mainly for the purpose of having a macbook" that's fine.
If you want to run Windows (and for "mainly poker", you do) - for stylish/value/solid, buy sony/dell/lenovo. and take care which model you get.
