Any good Black Friday deals that meet these specs

My son needs a desktop PC, and his favorite game has these specs:
OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64-Bit)
Processor: Intel Core i5.
Memory: 4 GB.
Graphics: 1024MB VRAM.
Resolution: 1280 x 720 minimum display resolution.
DirectX: Version 10/11/12.
Network: Broadbane internet connection.
Sound Card: DirectX-compatible sound card.
He might not use it for much else, perhaps some programming but nothing too video-intensive.
Is anyone aware of any good Black Friday deals for something that fits the bill? I'd prefer an all-in-one deal, not needing to separately purchase a monitor or other components. And is it worthwhile to go to an i7? I'm afraid that an i5 will be a relic very soon.

Are those the minimum specs or recommended specs? Don't go looking for something that just fits the minimum since you'll be narrowing yourself to the very bottom end of the market (never mind only one game: what's he going to be playing in a year's time? how long do you expect this machine to last?)
Also, what's your budget and what country are you buying in? More information needed!
