Very minorly easier on the eyes, not worth it in general. Get some blue light blocking glasses for more eye benefit (if they play nicely with your eyes).
Thank you for your responses i decided to go with 60hz. So my next question is should i go for 32 inch 4k or will 27 inch 1440p be enough? Im not playing too many tables, usually 6, sometimes 8.
