I laid down to sleep. I didn't succeed but instead I reached a state of ego death. I wasn't aware of my, body or the physical world. I inadvertently reached the state of nirvana. I returned to pure consciousness and bliss.

Instead of going to the dream world though. I instead became aware of this body and this physical world after that epiphany. (Which is not ideal because I need sleep.)

The body is just an idea as is the physical world. I returned to where I was before I was born and you can't have that.

You may be thinking, who do I think I am. What about everyone else that were in the waking world going about their day. The physical world didn't disappear just because you transcended the waking, sleeping and deep sleep worlds. Or were out of your mind.

Yes. I it was just my atman, not yours. You'll die too. And it will be fine. Don't cling.

If you think of all humans someday dying as we are all the godhead in disguise but ponder cockroaches still being here, looking the same way they do walking on a 3D spherical world that formed when the solar system did, the dinosaurs walked before us. I would say those are scientific truths. But think about those qualities. Time, space, dimensions, and where they are known. Maybe think of the 5 minute hypothesis.

Hey fam. I figured this question is far from threadworthy.

I'm seeking a textbook list to begin studying the Earth sciences. Biology and Chemistry. I'm unable to discern which ones are the best or where to procure them. The dream is joining the fight against Cancer and other genetic disease. I had a gift for Organic Chemistry 15 years ago in college before becoming severely mentally ill. I'm now back from the dead and ready to kick some ass.
