Question: I just don't know what is going on with the "max" keyword. Are we selecting a from A(I) with the max value or are we iterating through all values of a for the expression to the right and maximizing that? Is max always bound to a sigma directly to it's right?
I've encountered argmax before in speech recognition stuff but can't make sense of how max is being used here or if its the same thing.
