If you ctrl+f for "Having total reward of algorithm H we can define regret in our setting to be:" the equation is directly below.

Question: I just don't know what is going on with the "max" keyword. Are we selecting a from A(I) with the max value or are we iterating through all values of a for the expression to the right and maximizing that? Is max always bound to a sigma directly to it's right?

I've encountered argmax before in speech recognition stuff but can't make sense of how max is being used here or if its the same thing.

Yet the chorus is "we didn't start the fire". Who does "we" refer to? The moving picture is mostly american themed which then dips into foreign problems at times. And some of those foreign problems are connected to american foreign policy. Some not all though, which makes this an interesting piece of ****ing art.

I bet if you went to genius dot com, there would be a grand discussion. But I don't want to. I like to figure out my own interpretation first. I like the mystery.

I am in Hereford, TX which is apparently the Beef Capital of the World. I've seen no cattle here, which I find slightly odd. Perhaps they are taking time off for the holidays
