Nick Bostrom, no tyrant himself, makes a case that a tyrant may be required to save the human race. I don’t know that I accept his premises, but they seem not entirely implausible. I’ll see if I can find a link when I’m out of this ridiculous traffic jam I’m in.

Alas I’m not leaving the house today so that very telling sign will have to wait to become decentralized history until Sunday. Bless their hearts for real. It’s just reason. That’s like saying beware emotions. Beware imagination. Beware beware beware. Be aware of all that, huh? They beware so much it’s unreasonable.

I have no present interest in particular to bother them while they are busy servicing and stuff. It’s a funny thing to reason about in public since they can’t miss the public road where they faced their sign. It’s on my street, their street, our street. “What’s your street, son? Planet Earth. “ IDK maybe Sunday. I can hit them up for a PTO donation for the school while I am there.
