Beautiful Masque.

Good directorial work to pull the cam away before that base jumper opened his shoot.... Always leave them wanting more.

And the nice thing about living in Europe nowadays is that it's ridiculously inexpensive to visit these lovely lands surrounded by the Mediterranean sea.

The Irish are never happy; which makes them feel so satisfied that they become happy.

Americans on average today, don't know whom their heavyweight champ is. Get it together.

FOMO =

Fear of missing out

inescapable as far as emotions go.

One is always trying to be somewhere. Somewhere is always not in immediate reach.

One reaches and one grabs.. one reaches and one is grabbed... best not to let on.. because to half one is a crime... and to the rest the other....

It's often impossible (bec I play limit w/ the rest of the olds) for me to get away from newish grandparents insisting on showing me pics of their grandchild (one of the unfortunate consequences of smart phones) all of whom offer some version of: 'I know everyone says this but our grandchild really is special!'

It makes me wonder where all of the ordinary ppl come from.

Cliches be cliche.

If you asked a 100 people about where they rank themselves, 80 out of a 100 rank themselves above average.

This is statistically impossible.

George Carlin had something to say about the self-esteem movement.

It's more inevitable than impossible.

People value attributes differently and they generally place more value on the ones they are better at.

Depends on which average. Any percentage can be above the mean, but that's just high school math.

I drink an average of the three beers a day.
I don't drink daily on average.

In scientific society we will replace significant words found in math textbooks with more appropriate synonyms where needed.

The Hagler/Hearns fight was the best ever. Three rounds of bombs. No jabbing and feeling out. Toe to toe train wreck.

Hagler v hearns was like a white collar boxing match except you replace the contestants with skilled boxers. Very surreal.

Deontay wilder is a boxing purist's most interesting nightmare. He does virtually everything not by the book and gets away with it in devasting fashion to his opponents. However now is up against the epitome of the so called pure boxer. There are caveats but they just add to the anticpation.

It's on in California, a mistake monetarily speaking arguably, besides the point I must now wait until stupid o'clock to see the outcome.

Thanks for the maths for 5 year olds link but that only applies if people are using the same metrics. They're not.

Not even for a relatively simple question like 'are you an above average driver?'

Of course they would still get it wrong if they did use the same metrics. Well not above average people like me, but most people.

If you put game theory and boxing in the same sentence the output ought to be Flyod May weather. Through experience and intellect he managed to pull off the most impenetrable defence ever witnessed.
