I've encountered many Javelina in the wild and they are almost never dangerous. A large stick and much noise will shoo them away. They do have an ugly look and nature - like most Mother-in-Laws.

Went out to check and there was one javelina I then escorted the lady out holding a broom and a thing to poke with but they were all gone.

These damn things have upended my trash cans so that now I put it out in the early a.m. Came home one night there was a large herd right on my lawn eating one of my cactuses. Horn honking, yelling, banging the car door, nope they DGAF.

Or, if you wish to remain on good terms with the neighbors and police, get a good sling shot and round pebbles (or small steel ball bearings) and that will teach those Javelina to respect you.

Lead balls make a more satisfying thunk sound than steel balls.

Marbles also make good slingshot ammo as well as decoration in a brandy snifter.

The last Jew to have any success w/ a slingshot was King David, it's a lost art to us now. We are much better w/ using lawyers to fight but, as I said, the javelinas DGAF.

I had to go to an army store to get lead ball bearings and they were expensive. So instead I would load my Black Widow with spherical, hard candy that made perfect round holes in my any windows of the neighbours that would we knew in advance would provide us with the best chase. Stay in home, leaving the kids alone and your windows were safe. Kids today don't do this. They are stuck to ipads or laptops. It's a little sad.

I was ganged up on by a bunch of cows once, while attempting to take the usual short cut home through a field. One day for whatever reason, they met me at the entrance. They looked me dead in they eye, well, not exactly because their eyes are at the side of their heads, and stood their ground. After a 10 minute stare down, with a gate dividing us, I accepted that I should take the long way round.

I wondered were they being so brave because of the gate, dividing us, with them knowing that, I know I'm the one that needs to scale it, to actually find out.

I looked it up and you're right, they are herbivores. Amazing! They knock over the trash can looking for discarded vegetables? They must have been sorely disappointed when they'd knocked over mine.

I posted this track a few pages back and decided to listen again. It's an absolute gem. I know nothing about Nicki or pop music but i Know greatness when I hear it. This song is mainly great because it is a biggie smalls track named 'Just Playing' with the same instrumental but with lyrics changed. However, an extra chorus was added which puts the icing on the caca.
