Sorry I'm late, I haven't checked in for a few days. I tried finding an image of the menu board that all kosher and kosher-style restaurants have but there isn't one. 'Kosher-style' means that the meats they use are the same as the kosher restaurants but they also serve dairy products, ala a cheeseburger, which makes it non-kosher.
Here's my favorite NYC kosher-style restaurant:
They never close and the food is great! I often stopped in when the old Manhattan poker clubs closed at 4 a.m.

As far as the order goes I tell the story bec of the 'It's Jew pastrami' part but ofc you can get it any way you like. Sort of like the player next to me who one day ordered Talking Stick's abomination called a 'Philly Cheesesteak' w/ extra mayo can order it that way and he should choke on it, that's what he should do.
