Skim milk is on the same plane as tofu. And people that consume it should be instantly shot and their carcass ground up for fertilizer. Tofu was part of my Korean cuisine growing up but only there to catch flavor from pork and spice in a chigae. I don’t like seeing it as a replacement for meat like those godless vegans do It can be quite good if prepared right so I have qualms about comparing it to skim milk which has no purpose whatsoever
