I have undertaken (self funded) my own possibly ground-breaking scientific inquiry into one of the world's great mysteries: Where are the missing socks?

I have thrown out every single old sock and bought a bunch of new ones! HAHA! No more wondering if all of the socks were accounted for in the first place! If a single sock goes missing in the wash over the next six months and a thorough search of the house can't find it, I'll publish my results as to the cause which I already suspect! GREMLINS!

After a hit and run visit to P7, I was wondering how many levels of trolling are there? How deep can it go? Do some run up against the wall of their own ethics? What would Machiavelli have to say about this phenomena.

And then this:how many other/bogus/troll accounts can a single poster have without tripping up on their own tongue? Would be difficult to keep track of it all if overstretched.

Unless, of course, an army of little minions are behind the accounts - fact checking, tracking, editing, scrutinizing source material, reading links, scrubbing posts for errors or to maintain consistency to avoid detection, and helping their guru find the weak spots, wedging and weaseling, and playing the troll posting equivalent of dodge ball. Seems the enterprise would need acres of food, barrels of beer, seven servers of computing power, and more room than just the basement of the Guru's mother's house.

Just musing, but I feel another conspiracy lurking in the darkness. Better check myself though, before the Gremlins start appearing.

Somebody told me a math puzzle today. It's not difficult, but the answer is a little counter-intuitive, and I had not heard it before.

A car travels from A to B at a speed of 20mph. At what speed would it have to travel back from B to A so that the average speed for the whole journey is 40mph?

What's spooky is that a few posts back Zeno gave the perfect answer to this puzzle before it was even asked.
