Startling. Will this have more repercussions on men or women? The Banana thang - Not the Zen Thang. But you can answer for both if you believe that will balance out your personal Karma.

....keep one leg straight to hold the weight, bend the other knee slightly so the toe touches floor. Swivel the hips back and forth- wiggle the foot toe touching floor. Move arms around like your are jogging. All together with the beat. If you hear "wacka doo wack doo" start jumping around while doing the above. Just mind the beats.

Saw this on the web today:

I hate Tottenham because i'm an Arsenal fan. I hate Chelsea because i'm a human being.

Also today:

Chelsea 1 Arsenal 0 - and Arsenal tumbles down into third place.

What happened with the Patriots? When I used to watch American Football, they got stomped like little girls every season.

Patriots play right now actually like literally right now maybe you can see by going to ESPN.com if it allows you from your location. Or maybe if cbs allows you say here;

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/superbo...n_hp_live_0124

Let me know if it works.

As for myself i probably will FF again the highlights as i have no preference who wins.

Tottenham is only 5 away from first place but most importantly 2 from second (that makes it a lot more clear why that 5 is not terrible yet) which means they need to defeat Leichester no matter what when they play (i assume they havent already this second round) and then its everyone's title. What is the schedule where do they play and when?

We said (my previous spurs video in this thread) you can be heroes so lets have it this one time! Best goal differential and defense in the league must be made to mean something more in terms of points too.

Leicester won at Tottenham a couple of weeks ago. Grebo ****ers.

Oh yes now i remember seeing that. I had forgotten. Its a shame that you do not have at least that chance to cut the difference and it is instead the reason there is a difference rather than being 2 points only. Did you win the first round or lost/tie also ie how does it work in case of equal points finish?

Also what other matches remain involving the top 4 teams? That is also important and could help if they play each other or your have them in your own home. With some 14-15 games probably still left the chances are still decent even at -5. I estimate it at over 4% overall chance to win it all passing the other 3 by the end. A bit less than 1sd from Leicester and near 45% vs the other 2 each (and not using the ones below Liverpool/MU as relevant since a good run probably conditions them out and the estimate is self correcting that way). It is always a very competitive hardcore league to win it. Olympiakos is already +16 in Greece lol. That is a far less interesting league at the moment and they are all mad at the top team naturally lol.

They have a brewery there. They currently make Iron City Beer (first word pronounced "arn") and IC Lite for the Pittsburgh market. They used to make other beers there.

Interestingly, the "Ka-shssss" sound to indicate an opening of a can of beer is entirely due to Pittsburgh. We invented the snap-top can. Without us, you'd still be pealing off part of the lid to get to the golden nectar that is flavorless lager.

Getting this random thread back on track:

JELLO BIAFRA LYRICS

"Are You Drinkin' With Me Jesus?"

Performed with Mojo Nixon

I saw you sittin' there
I was tryin' not to stare
I wasn't sure if it was you
I didn't know just what to do

[Chorus:]
Are you drinkin' with me Jesus
I can't see you very clear
Are you drinkin' with me Jesus
Would you buy a friend a beer

As I nestled on my barstool
I felt your warmness within
I looked down at my pants
That wasn't warmness
I wet myself again

[Chorus]

Does your head pound, Jesus
As hung over you do rise
How does paradise look, Jesus
Through holy bloodshot eyes

Should we take a cab home Jesus
Man, we can hoof it from here
I know you can walk on the water
But can you walk on this much beer

Are you drinkin' with me Jesus
I can't see you very clear

Bonus track:

JELLO BIAFRA LYRICS

"Will The Fetus Be Aborted"

Performed with Mojo Nixon

Peggy Sue
Got pregnant
And was addicted to fifteen drugs
She went down
To the abortion clinic
And was accosted
By right wing thugs

[Chorus:]
Oh will the fetus
Be aborted
By and by Lord
By and by
There's a better
Home awaiting
In the sky Lord
In the sky

Little Mary
Was just eleven
And she was raped
By her own dad
Danny Quayle said
"Have that baby"
But another choice
She said

[Chorus]

Annie's pregnancy
Would kill her
Doctor'rs warning
Gave her strife
Fundamentalists
Said "Jesus take her"
She said, "I want
My right to life"

[Chorus]

Kathy had two
Kids already
And an abortion
Is what she chose
Christian showed her
A bloody fetus
She said "That's fine
I'll have one of those."

[Chorus]

Tanya lived for
Revolution
Wanted to overthrow
The state
She had fifteen
Commie babies
Phylis Schlafly
Ain't that great?

Or will the fetus
Be aborted...

Btw, wathching the film "Gravity" right now. Already hating two things:
  1. They behave carelessly when serving the Hubble. Real astronauts move slowly, taking care not to break anything. Really hate them being like bulls in a china chop
  2. Bullock is trying to kill herself when thinking it's all over, dropping the oxygen level on purpose. That's not like what Aldrin stated: "We would just have went on with our tasks until the oxygen went out". The latter is how you should behave, amateur directors in space is a no-no
Hate the film already, but will keep on looking because of the Hollywood effects.

3. Why did she shoot off the door of the capsule after reaching the sea before taking some time to think things over? Pure idiocy. They all can go and **** themselves, seriously

Hollywood* is a pus-filled vomit bag of idiocy, ensconced within their own tiny world, worldview, and driven by mindless drivel and whatever is the newest fashion, that is spoon fed to an adoring public of credulous morons and the ******ed throbbing mass mob of human refuse. And so deservedly so.

Sci fi movies that were not conceptual fails by overdoing it and inspired instead?

The old ones win in my opinion but some more recent ones kept things interesting.

1) Close encounters of the 3rd kind.

2) Alien (all 3 actually)

3) Star trek 1 the motion picture

4) Blade runner

5) Prometheus

6) Movies like Ex machina or transcendence had promising details but never reach a completely satisfactory outcome and have some issues with details and logic but may prove important to influence better work.

(i respect the classic 2001, star wars more recent avatar and interstellar and other star trek movies even Jurassic park series and other like king Kong etc but not really at the level of motivation the ones above offer. A story and its potential interpretations or suggestion for further thinking in the end proves more important than the effects)

For some reason the older ones moreover they also have some logic issues they remain quite plausible and intriguing to explore further at a conceptual level if you approach them for the main ideas instead.

They just make you want to see more about their story. They leave room for a a greater concept behind them.

Feel free to add other ones that left a good impression.

On the other hand, pretty people are nice to look at.

I heard a nice radio show last night about the fruits of science studying the mind/body connection. A spoonful of sugar helps the placebo taste sweet.

+ 1 blade runner. Cream of the crop. Bicentennial Man, The Matrix

TV is a better vehicle for themes, more expanse of time to explore, more opportunity to suspend logic for sake of a theme. That is what sci fi is about to me. The Battlestar Galactica reboot and Babylon 5 used their time well to expand on various themes.
