Anyway, The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Burbery, made best seller lists a few years ago and is a read I enjoyed. It does delve into philosophy and other extraneous subjects in a fun and lively way. And you can take it as seriously as you wish, or not. I would recommend this book over Freddy the Freeloader's writings, he bogs himself down in morals and other silliness, plus he is easy to misunderstand.

Exact paraphernalia will be based on need and future projections as to amount of turmoil and civil discord expected. Don't expect money to buy you in though it will be taken into consideration. Gold bars are useful. They can be used to line the bunker for protection from radiation.
