Much depends on if space and time are truly granular. Then "exactly 120V" doesn't have a meaning, you simply never have it. But if there is true continuity it's not difficult to understand you have zero probability. Probability is about things yet to happen, not things already happened. When something has happened, the "probability" of it having happened is 1. Not very meaningful.

It is meaningful if what happened is that you just polished off another Beer. And it is a 100% probability that you are getting another one. Chez can explain further if needed. And even do the calculations.
