I don’t want a long derail here, but Wilt was taller with more reach, much faster, more athletic and stronger and with a higher vertical leap. There’s film from one of his college games where his chin is well above the rim. Wilt was a high jumper and track star (440 or half mile as I recall it). And his conditioning was unreal - during one season in the NBA, he sat for exactly eight minutes all season and averaged 48.5 minutes a game. And in over a thousand NBA games, he never once fouled out.

I think Zion is once in a generation, and has a great chance to have a Barkley-like career and end up in the HOF. He’s great fun to watch. But Wilt’s skills were, and are, hard to believe.

Agreed that Zion would crush Wilt. In fact, scientists believe that any object that comes within Zion's event horizon will be subject to a gravitational collapse.

Wilt played before Einstein, so I’m not sure those physics rules would apply to such a contest. But no, there is no universe in which Zion crushes Wilt.
