If that whole thing hinges on some obscure amateurism loophole, shame on Zion. Are they really trying to claim that contract is invalid because it would invalidate his ncaa eligibility the following year? Try finding one expert witness to testify that there was even 1% chance of him coming back for another season.

Did I see this right? Pelicans starters, led by Zion, were - 70 on +- scale and they won the game. Zion was 12-13 shooting, -18. Oh well, pre-season. But get ready for weird stuff coming out of this team and this player. Some of the weirdest ever ... then ... au revoir. I'd love to see him get 30K points and 15K rebounds, but I'm not seeing it.
