I don't know when they changed the law defining "natural born" but they have apparently changed it a number of times. I seem to recall the last change being a few years after Obama was born.

Also just getting born on US soil does not auto make you a citizen. If your parents are agents of a foreign government like a diplomat or military training here then you don't get citizenship I believe.
