Re: World Cup 2018 Fantasy DRAFT

If it's just a couple of bottle of vinho verde he's a small player.

Re: World Cup 2018 Fantasy DRAFT

Would be tilting to have Aguero on my team, and watch Higuain squander all the chances Messi creates while Kun sits on the bench.

Re: World Cup 2018 Fantasy DRAFT

Higuain benched after a crap half. Aguero comes on bangs in a hatrick.

That's assuming he doesn't realise the error of his ways before and start the correct striker

Re: World Cup 2018 Fantasy DRAFT

I'm here.
Ye, it was tinto, feels like a truck ran over me, too many tequila shots.

Sorry for holding up the draft, although 3 rounds in 1 day was very good.
Sniped on Radamel Falcao btw, I will pick in a couple of minutes.

Re: World Cup 2018 Fantasy DRAFT

Ok, I'm going with true striker of this Spanish side:

Rodrigo Moreno

And, admittedly picking with my heart, the Portuguese Messi:

Bernardo Silva

Re: World Cup 2018 Fantasy DRAFT

Snap Dembouz

After his game vs Italy i think our left wing is his.

- Griezou
- Reus
- Falcao
- Dembouz

It was hard to pass on him, but I can not let Bernardo Silva go.
Very good pick I think.

It's a light sparkly kind of white wine, this thing is elite with seafood or grilled fishes.

I suppose Andre meant white wine.
Then, in both Red and White you have the Mature and the Green type. A bit like in fruit, mature wine is softer, sweeter, delicate and easier to drink. The Green type is more acid and aggressive.
Mature Red and Mature White is what you will find everywhere in the world.
Green White is ok for a all drinkers, but Green Red really kicks you in the nuts. It's the type of wine you find in a typical Portuguese restaurant where they serve you right from the barrel.

Paulinho is a great pick, he gets all the minutes and gets very close to scoring positions.
I just don't know if it's too soon.

Casal Garcia is bleh and not very enjoyable, i usually go with Gatao or whatever more expensive stuff, it's still not expensive as its still young wines.

You buy them in France or you are living in Portugal?
I'm a red wine guy, unless I'm eating seafood. But Gatao is really really good and it's only 3.00€ a bottle.

Whenever i go there every other summer. I usually live off robalos (sea bass) and vinho verde for a month.

Gatao isn't hard to find in Paris there's a bunch of portuguese stores. A big, fresh from the night grilled fish that doesn't cost you an arm is harder to find.

Yea I'm pretty well versed in Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian) languages and cultures but had never heard the term vino verde before. I'm also not a wine guy so that probably explains it. Enjoy a nice vino tinto every now and then though
