I suppose Andre meant white wine.
Then, in both Red and White you have the Mature and the Green type. A bit like in fruit, mature wine is softer, sweeter, delicate and easier to drink. The Green type is more acid and aggressive.
Mature Red and Mature White is what you will find everywhere in the world.
Green White is ok for a all drinkers, but Green Red really kicks you in the nuts. It's the type of wine you find in a typical Portuguese restaurant where they serve you right from the barrel.

I'm a red wine guy, unless I'm eating seafood. But Gatao is really really good and it's only 3.00€ a bottle.

Whenever i go there every other summer. I usually live off robalos (sea bass) and vinho verde for a month.

Gatao isn't hard to find in Paris there's a bunch of portuguese stores. A big, fresh from the night grilled fish that doesn't cost you an arm is harder to find.
