sent for 1X2, I'll send the fantasy and fantasy draft stuff when I'm back from holiday (around june 6-8th)

would you perhaps be interested in running it for 2p2 as well?

I guess I can do this, simples enough spread sheet.
Altough I would be more confortable (and I guess the participants as well), if some SE reg could hold the funds since it will be my first time running a game here.

I'll get on this tomorrow. I believe finding 8 people for this will be easy enough.

I'll be putting up a regular fantasy thread up today.

Vruuuuk are you taking care of the fantasy draft? Can also run the two competitions in the same thread? Either way I don't mind but I think there would be more than 8 people interested for it.

One option is to just go with the regular fantasy scoring system to determine the scoring of the draft fantasy

If we go with the normal fantasy scoring system, then defenders become viable, so there is room for more of course.

I will be putting up today the thread for WC2018 Fantasy DRAFT.

Idea is for it to be very simple, so the scoring will be the same as in 2016, unless there are a lot of people against it:

Open play goals (including direct freekicks): 5 points
Assists (as per Euro website) 3 points
Penalty goals (not including shootouts): 2 points
Yellow cards: -1 point
Red Cards: -5 points
Scoring in a shootout: 3 points
Missing in a shootout: -5 point (I changed this from -10)

8 palyers per team.
Draft is run in an ABBBABAB format, to counter the top heavy nature of these types of drafts. If this is also ok with everyone.

Fantasy Draft could run win 5 to 10 people and 25£ buy-in.
mic_check12 will be the escrow.

People that have shown interest in participating:
MindFckr, Cina, mw (?), Falcon, Jabonator (?)

Also, people that have played in Euro2016:
Ash, TallPaul, Marek, BAIDS and LFC_USA.

I believe this should fill fast enough.
