If that were to happen, they'll just chalk it up to the olds. Kind of like Payton sucking last season. Even if DEN hadn't won the SB, it would have only had negligible effect on his legacy.

In my 20's I said I would never date a fat chick. Now in my late 30's I'll date any woman that puts up with my gambling problem. If I'm forced to pick, I take Belichick and I don't think it's particularly close, but I could be wrong.

But I do feel even more confident that it's insane to assume that Brady is just some system QB because Matt Cassell went 11-5 against the easiest schedule ever, and Garoppolo looked very good over 6 quarters of play.

Pats w/o Brady probably end up like 00s Colts or Steelers. Perennial contenders with less success. Brady without Belicheck is a more durable and slightly better version of Chad Pennington.
