(for those who don't know, riverman was approximately 14 months late on his fantasy football payment, and started using usc cheats alias for awhile when he refused to pay)

an owner who was going to miss the playoffs put his players up for auction (legal in my league as it was started for very little money and just for fun in college and has remained at the same buyin level for 7 years now with some creative rules like this and 2 QBs despite there not being enough starters for everyone to have a backup for byes) before the trade deadline. I asked the forum how much $ I should pay for a player or two given a payout structure and my standing in the league. All of this was carried out through the yahoo message board on the league or the league email chain that every owner is a part of. I didn't end up buying any of the players, but several of them were sold. Riverman still thinks this is cheating.

I think that CDL, Iggy and [undrafted but will be drafted] were our three southerners who all were obviously gonna get drafted but are gonna go in the wrong order.
