Both of these teams are pretty good at defense, TCU holding opponents to 4.9 YPP and WVU to 5.4. Defenses look worse than they actually are because there are so many plays per game

I know they're good. TCU's biggest trouble has been deep balls and those have been few and far between so far

fwiw theres a ton of history there, MD and Penn State are border schools that used to play regularly
