Castillo, Klestjan, ... all look real bad.

Beckerman has been our 2nd best player

not watching but lol

Beckerman's AIDS can be subtle at times, like the fact that he's always around the midfield but never actually controls the space, or that he completes a ton of his passes but always with an extra touch, or the fact that he's slow and ugly and has stupid dreadlocks.

Assume some combination of these things applies here.

US playing really well in the last 20-25 minutes of game time.

It's just a matter of whether or not there's enough non-Jozy talent out there for them to get a goal in this match. Would love to see Boyd join him up top.

I get the criticisms but they just don't apply here. This field is VERY wet, players keep slipping, and ball control is real iffy. Beckerman has been a solid possession anchor. His passes are never ambitious but he's at least moving the chains; our wings keep giving the ball away in bad situations.

That's just it. Mexico can't motivate themselves for these glorified friendlies against Central American banana republics. If they were playing Brasil or Argentina, never mind something really big like the quarterfinals of the U-17 World Cup, they'd be ahead 3-0 by now.

Davis on for Evans in a subbing of Brads, Bedoya shifting back... 3 man back line?

Thought Bedoya had a weak game, but I like him overall

yeah I think we can kind of write this game off for the bad performers. nice to hear Jozy's playing well, though. important to keep him confident.
