Panama not beating Jamaica at home is a massive result for Mexico

This sucks a lot, but the reality is we are still like 99% to qualify.

Guzan me. Also don't let Jozy participate in the rest of camp, send him back to England early.

Two things. I'm all for LOLMEXICO but seriously them winning is sooooo much better against Honduras. Mexico is going to qualify no doubt so why want Honduras that much closer to the US...

AND OMFG TIM HOWARD. (caps = anger!) Seriously he could have gotten off his line with a brisk jog and got the ball. Such a joke.

I'm a US fan, but I see a loss against Mexico on tuesday which is okay I guess because we have Panama and Jamaica last but we know how bad the US is against teams we should destroy

Where's that list by Cruizin where he said all the great things Mexico is going to do (win the Gold Cup, finish in first, be seeded with the big boys, run well in the World Cup, etc.)?

we're massive favorites at home vs lolmexico. it would be a crazy result if they pull off a win vs us in COLUMBUS.

Granted I'm being a little pessimistic right now because of what just happened but I'm just getting a little worried.

Thread gonna hate me, but Beckerman/Diskerud should be our MF pairing on Tuesday.

--------Dempsey--------
Aron---Donovan---Bedoya
---------Mix-------------
------Beckertard-------
Fabian-Goodson-Gonzo-Parkhurst/replacement player
---Bradley ****ing Guzan----

Grades are way too kind, frankly. I love Howard but this wasn't a "6" performance. This was a 4. Also thought Gonzalez actually played well, he was our one good defender. Orazco's "4" too kind; he was miserable all game.`

can the US lose the other 2 and still get in with a win vs Jamaica?

Besler/Altidore/Cameron... Maybe MB90... All out for Mehico. Those lucky ****s.

Dont know why you suggest 4-2-3-1, Dempsey doesn't excel as the lone striker. Much better playing behind someone else.

You do realize your lineup is never going to happen, right? Not being insulting here, but there's no chance Jurgen mixes it up and throws Aron to the wolves (he's played like 10 minutes tops for our national team in a spot that actually matters) or benches TIMMY HOWARD for Guzan.

I also think Jurgen is going to play a more aggressive lineup vs Mexico. We're at home. EJ starts, period. Brad Evans is going to be back out there. Although DMB had a weak game, he's not getting benched.

These are awful. They pretty much always are though. All the mainstream publications that do player ratings are. They basically start at a 5 for every player and adjust down 1 point for bad games, but good games can get scores anywhere from 5.5-9. If Beasley had a 4 in this game I feel like we'd have won, but he was a 2. Didn't embarrass his country to the point that we leave him in the jungle in Costa Rica, but was the worst player on the field.
