facts are facts. the next bryce harper or RG3 or labron will be a baseball or football or basketball player, not a soccer player. no point trying to FPS around the issue.

why does women's soccer do so well in the US? the answer to that might give a clue as to addressing the men's problem.

lolcruizn.

Firstly, you're wrong (Not about Welbeck).

Anyway, so you're conceding that there are at least 4 players in the same position as him from Argentina that are better than him? Yet, he'd still start for them? lol.

Milito would be the best Mexican player of all time. Probably combine the best two Mexicans to get somewhere close to him.

Sugar nut, England should improve with all the money the pl clubs are set to get. Teams like Southampton and arsenal have produced good British talent and there is a huge wave of TV money coming in. Some will get to academies.

Lopez not being better than Chicarito is kind of sly b/c the argument is being made right when he's started his decline ..... 18 months ago when Chicarito was basically the same player (well minus a bit of muscle) and Lopez was clearly better imo. Right now I'd say they're be pretty close.

i didnt say he would start. i said he would make the squad. And i made my argument by saying that if Di Santo gets called up, then so would chicharito.
