I don't know if this is for sure, but the Gold Cup and Copa America both happen during July (at least, in 2009 the Gold Cup was in July, and the 2011 CA is scheduled for July).

for next years copa america, mexico will only be allowed to send a u23 team with 5 over-age players.

is that for every team that is going to play in next years copa america or only mexico?
