I'm at the game now, kinda disappointed in the turn out but it's a pretty good time. Had a great front row view of freddys goal so that was cool.

Fun first half. Cuba sucks but oh well, you can only play the team in front of you. Really classy finish from Corona for the first, and Shea to Agudelo for the second was excellent.

Basically a good dress rehearsal but nothing wrong with that.

true dat.

I do like how we are playing though, much less lumping the ball forward, more possession oriented, moving the ball quickly in triangles. Using our wide players with pace, just a more positive style of play. I look forward to seeing this against better sides, with all 11 of their players, but none the less its good football.

Good result for gd purposes. Now we have to hope mexico takes care of business. The only goal here is a semi win

Game time. Some players are playing. One of them has been sucking lately and is pretty much a Canadian, hopefully a breakout for him tonight.

Agudelo torn meniscus.

would be huge if Canada can lose 1-0 to keep our goal differential in tact for 2nd spot in the group :|

El Salvador must be kicking themselves right about now .. not being able to put away all those chances they had against Canada .. game vs. USA should be great .. they won't go down easy.

What a turnaround for Canada. Looked like **** against El Salvador and then put on a great performance like that ..

When was the last time Canada beat the US? 1st time in my lifetime .. or since I've been following the nats anyway ..

That is one of the biggest wins in Canadian soccer history.

Seriously. We haven't really had a very storied history, winning the gold cup and upsetting Mexico is probably #1 but this is huge and a win over Cuba to set up a match against Honduras can put us in the Olympics
