We won the pots is 100x more funny than we won the possession

Also getting mad about fouling when they committed more fouls.

who has more equity to get out of the group?

I don't need you to answer, because we both know the answer.

Betting markets might favor the USA due to casual $, but a 538 style system will likely favor the stronger team (Canada).

They also won't be heavy underdogs to advance from any group, even as a pot 4 team.

I am going to laugh my ass off when your group is Brazil, Germany and Senegal

The worst case scenario is Canada is a pot 4 team, and they get one of Brazil/Argentina, then one of Germany/Netherlands then Senegal/Japan.

But if you avoid the SA pot one teams you end up in not a bad spot at all.

Canada hasn't played good non concacaf teams in my lifetime. We would absolutely love a challenge like that. That you're happy to be in pot 2 and want to avoid actual good teams shows where your belief in your squad is.

Mexico is bad. Absolutely rooting for them to lose this game and fall out.

Like, if you're scared about playing the current Dutch team or Senegal, maybe pump the breaks one being confident in your team.

Man Raul is completely washed. How does be not finish that? That injury ended his career

I've seen more balls passed from keeper/defense right to an opposition attacker in CONCACAF than in all the other leagues I watch combined

I feel bad for him obviously, watching that match you could hear the sound of his skull cracking. It was grotesque. Hard thing to recover from.

I do too. Even though he plays for Mexico i always liked Raul and him and Wolves were a joy to watch that season. Gruesome injury that's obviously ruined him

I thought this was punishment for the homophobic chants on goal kicks. They'll be at the same capacity against us.
