Why not play it at BC Place? Davies loves that building and would've god moded plus the place would've been loud and rocking. Makes way more sense imo

Watching this game reminds me of a high school state tournament game i played junior year. 28 degree and flurries in the early afternoon. Respect to all the real OGs like #2 and #3 on Canada playing without arm or leg sleeves although this is on another level to that fateful day.

Mexico has gotten into the box like twice, 0 attempts. Canada was most likely to score from a rebound or corner, but Mexico will have to be a ton more courageous to create anything

Because they wanted the Mexicans to be out of their element. Not great for the Canadians either but they are more accustomed to it.

Best part is Mexico sought permission to train in a dome nearby but were denied because it was booked by youth soccer.
