So, with Cruizn drawing dead (or virtually dead: lol @ Mehico = "top pot" or binking the WC) on all 6 predictions, anyone know how much money he's lost?

We have an American kid named Ben Lederman who was signed by the Barca academy a few years ago. He still plays there and will surely have dual-citizenship sooner or later. I think he's 14 now, but I might be off on that.

CAP HIM NOW

Well there's Julian Green from Bayern Munich U-17. Klinsmann has been in contact with the kid, but I doubt a player with his potential would ditch Germany so soon.

Will there be All-in-one charters for Brazil? Like, hotel, tickets to 1-2 games, etc? How much does that run?

The whole Russia/Qatar talk ITT makes me think I really need to make this happen if I want to see a WC game before I'm 40

Outlaws had their package fill up summer 2012. Expected price for 2 weeks group stage all in is 5k. My friend and I are 40th and 41st on a waiting list that is like 600 names long atm.

South Africa packages of the like were anywhere between 7000 and 10000 bucks.

Mexico only has 1 win in 8 games. We have 5 wins and we're undefeated against them.

Well **** me! Planning ahead not my strong suit.. Couldn't make 2 weeks fly with work anyways. Guess I'll try to pull off 1 group game and a week at a nearby hotel on my own.

I just got back from doing research on a pilot project in Brasil. (Sadly, not any of the WC cities, but about 500 km from Rio and a little farther from BH.) I really really really want to turn this into a full blown project within the next year so I can get someone to pay for my travel.

so, btw thread

i went to the american outlaws bar in NYC. Got there an hour before the game and was still pretty lucky to get a place to sit. Atmosphere was pretty damn awesome. Almost non-stop chanting, pandemonium when we scored. Great atmosphere, crowd, etc. Would recommend.

just one post before i go to sleep.

Mexico did not play 50%. Mexico played at 35% and that 35% was still enough to dominate the majority of this game. we were without a doubt the much better team before and after the first USA goal. i'm no going to say that we created dozens of chances and we were unlucky not to score. i'm just saying that if one team deserved to win tonight, it was Mexico because USA was absolute dog****. there is a reason why jurgen celebrated the way he did. because he knows he ****ing binked it and they weren't deserving of going in front.

i didn't see the last 10-15mins of the game because i knew we were pretty much dead when we went down 2-0. i just couldnt take i anymore. i know i might come off as a douchy internet poster, but i'm a genuinely nice guy and i dont deserve what is happening to my national team. we deserve to be vying for a spot in pot 1 right now, but instead, i have to hope that we don't blow it vs Panama next month.

gg usa. you scored a goal then you made sure the pressure killed us. this game never ends like this if Mexico was leading or in second of the hexagonal. we would have played freely and you better believe that we would have won tonight. but no, instead you got us playing during a time where our players seem too scared to play under this pressure.

If Mexico won and I said USA played at 35%, and I don't deserve what's happening to my national team, I'd be too embarrassed to post again.

was really pleased with parkhurst and goodson. very pleased.

no orozco was so key, hopefully that becomes clear to jurgen. gotta say as well beckerman deserves his WC roster spot. as much hate as he gets, dude is fine. def not a weakie. thought bedoya wasn't so good. diskeruud was great as a sub.

EJ and LANDO obv so sick.

also: for those timmy howard haters, he had a very strong game. Made 2 key saves. not saying guzan or rimando *wouldnt* have also made them, but Timmy deserves his 1a spot fo sho
